During his tenure as CEO, Rausch has led House of Moves to introduce new, revolutionary and patented technology to the industry, launch breakthrough client projects, emerge as a leader in virtual reality, and reach a significant 20-year anniversary milestone. Prior to House of Moves, Rausch served as Senior Manager of Motion Capture and Cinematics at Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios. With expertise in the end-to-end production of games and cinematics, his work with House of Moves can be seen in franchises and popular titles such as Call of Duty®, TRON, Star Trek, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Battlefield, HALO, Mortal Kombat  and the breakthrough Barbie™ Vlog. Jimmy Corvan, Business Development Manager

JIMMY HEADSHOT - WEBJimmy Corvan joined House of Moves in early 2011 as business development manager. Corvan brings valuable skills to the House of Moves team, honed over the years with his inclusive background in the business world, as well as his in-depth knowledge of motion capture and the production process. As the business development manager, Corvan manages business deals and secures new opportunities for House of Moves. In his tenure at House of Moves, Corvan has secured several new business accounts that have contributed to making the studio a leader in the motion capture and animation industry. Prior to his current position, Corvan served as business development manager at House of Moves’ former sister company, Vicon Motion Systems. There, he was responsible for the expansion of the motion capture system sales into Canada, a new territory for the company. Corvan earned both a master’s degree in business administration, with a focus on marketing, and bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a focus on finance and international business from Loyola Marymount University. Peter Krygowski, Creative Director

Peter Krygowski directed numerous projects as a client at House of Moves before joining the team in 2010. A veteran of TV, film and commercials, he specialized in post, editorial and VFX supervision before transitioning to games in 1998. Joining the talented creative agency Arnson Communications, he worked with development teams at Electronic Arts to pioneer game capture tech and solutions, helming 70+ trailers as writer, producer, and creative director for such franchises as Lord of the Rings, Need For Speed, Def Jam, James Bond, Battlefield, NBA Live, FIFA and directing cinematics for titles including Lord of the Rings and FRACTURE.  Since joining HOM, Krygowski has spearheaded an in-house initiative to integrate game engine tech into every aspect of the company's motion capture and animation pipeline; from real time pre-viz on set to final output for film, commercials and game cinematics. Eric Lashelle, Animation Supervisor

Eric Lashelle joined House of Moves from Double Helix Games where he was the Senior Animator on Silent Hill V. He brings extensive skills in keyframing, camera animation, character to engine direction and story boarding. Prior to his work at Double Helix, Eric worked for Sony Computer Entertainment America on games such as God Of War and at Omation on films such as Barnyard the Movie. Visit Eric on LinkedIn.

DJ Hauck, Head of Technical Production

DJ Hauck comes to House of Moves with over 11 years of motion capture experience. As a pioneer in full-body and facial motion capture, highlights include innovative pipeline development solutions for Sony Pictures Imageworks on such features as Beowulf, Monster House and The Polar Express. Prior to re-joining House of Moves, he co-founded the Digital Concepts Group and developed DCG Face, a toolset for cleaning and re-targeting facial animation.
